Knolo is operated by Klinzinger Software GmbH ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI workspace platform and related services.

We collect information you provide directly (account details, workspace content, uploaded documents) and information from your use of our services (usage data, logs, device information). When you connect third-party integrations, we receive data according to those services' permissions.

Content you upload to Minds (documents, images, data) is processed for indexing and retrieval. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process your requests; to send transactional and product communications; and to comply with legal obligations. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in secure, cloud-based infrastructure. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. Spaces are isolated; data does not cross space boundaries by default.

5. Third-party services

We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, AI models, and integrations (e.g., Pipedream). These providers have their own privacy policies. When you connect external apps, their terms apply to data shared with them.
