1. Agreement

By accessing or using Knolo ("the Service"), operated by Klinzinger Software GmbH, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of service

Knolo is a no-code AI workspace platform that enables you to build assistants, agents, and automated workflows. The Service includes Spaces, Minds (knowledge bases), Assistants, Agents, Triggers, and Integrations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass others, or engage in fraudulent activity. You are responsible for content you upload and for ensuring your use complies with applicable regulations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Account and billing

You must provide accurate account information. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase. Credits and usage limits apply as described in your plan. Refunds are handled per our billing policy.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Knolo's platform, branding, and technology remain our property.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
