What stops the outreach sequence from over-emailing?

Stop conditions are built into the sequence state: when a lead replies or books a meeting, the sequence halts for that lead immediately. Each lead's position in the sequence is tracked per-row, so a reply to email two means email three never sends.

Where can leads come from?

Any source that can hit a webhook: website forms, lead ads, an existing tool's integration, or manual/API imports. The intake step validates and normalizes each lead before qualification.

Do I need a separate CRM?
